Goals of Therapy
ActiveCare focuses on patient education, to allow optimal treatment carry-over and reduce the number of visits to the clinic. Hands-on skills assist to abolish the cause of the pain, not solely treat the symptom.

Stephanie enjoys running, bicycling and scuba diving.  She is passionate about a self-care model in
which patients can be educated to resolve movement impairments and understand ongoing prevention
of recurrence.

Sally fabricates custom foot orthotics onside when needed for aiding in resolution of leg/foot pain
and dysfunction.  Orthotics are included as part of a thorough functional assessment of an
individual's gait, balance and lower body mechanics.

Sally has many years of experience treating spine and extremity pain/injury, with an emphasis
on assisting patients in resolving movement impairments. This process of restoring proper
movement applies to high level athletics and to anyone who wants to optimize daily pain-free
function throughout his/her lifespan.

Sally has been an avid runner and cyclist for over 40 years.  Competing in running distances from 800M
to 50 miles.  She is passionate about working with runners of all levels to either recover from injury
or to improve running form/efficiency to enhance performance.
